HIZRTURN — Refund & Return Policy

At HIZRTURN, each item is made to order specifically for you. Please review product details, color options, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering by mistake
• Items that were accurately produced according to the order placed

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after reviewing the product size chart.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item you ordered, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hizrturn@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, HIZRTURN will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available or is not the best solution, we may issue a refund to the original payment method for the affected item.

Please do not return an item unless HIZRTURN has specifically instructed you to do so. In most approved quality-issue cases, a return is not required.

LOST, DELAYED, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please contact us at hizrturn@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work toward a resolution.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund. We may be able to resend the order, but additional shipping and production charges may apply.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. These cases are reviewed individually.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hizrturn@gmail.com.

We can only cancel or modify an order before it enters production. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged except in the case of an approved quality or fulfillment issue.

PLEASE NOTE

Product colors and print appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen because of screen settings, garment color, printing methods, and normal production variation. Minor variations that do not affect the intended design or wearability of the item are not considered defects.
