Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hizrturn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. For lost or stolen packages, please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number.
